Absolutely terrible experience. I asked to stay in and please not give me plastic cups. They proceeded to prepare the coffee in glass cups and then pour them into a plastic cup, after I asked them to please keep the glass cups - out of spite, out of whatever reason, I have no clue. I used to come here a lot but will definitely never come back and recommend the same to everyone I know. Appalling behavior.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid this Foxtail location. I was "helped" by Audrey today, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. As I walked up to the counter, she was on her cell phone. There was no greeting or acknowledgment. I asked how she was doing, and she simply said, "Good," then just stared at me. I understand that everyone has off days, but basic customer service starts with greeting your customers and making them feel welcome. Instead, I felt like I was inconveniencing her just by placing my order. I've been to the Parrish Foxtail several times, and the experience there is always friendly and consistent. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case at the UTC location. The coffee isn't made with the same consistency, and the service doesn't justify the premium prices. I don't mind paying more for a quality coffee, but I do expect it to be made correctly and served with professionalism. Based on today's experience, I'll be sticking with the Parrish location.

I hit no tip as I walked up, place my order & pickup up my drinks. I noticed a 20% tip added onto my order. I walked back in and told one of the girls and she said, "Sorry, You must not of hit no tip." and gave me a dumb no one is home look. I said I did hit the No Tip and even if someone doesn't hit no tip you just add on a 20% tip? 🤬🤬 Sorry but I over paid for the drinks and did all the work. Just like Mc Donald's you did not serve me. Pissed I asked for the manager. The manger said he would credit my account. Oh I will be watching my account!!

Not gonna lie, I don’t get the low ratings. Foxtail Coffee Co. was solid. The spot is clean, looks nice, and it’s in the perfect location to grab a coffee and wander around/shopping. Staff was cool too greeted me right away and made it easy. I kept it simple and ordered a regular latte (that’s the real test), and yeah… it was legit. Medium roast, a little fruity vibe, tasted smooth, and it was made right. I was impressed.

Foxtail Coffee is a pleasant escape from the crowds and traffic of the UTC shopping district. We don’t have this chain in Illinois, so this felt like a cozy retreat from the shopping chaos. The atmosphere is warm and industrial with calming music playing in the background. Customers were studying, chatting, and enjoying themselves. I appreciated the diverse crowd—it gave the space a welcoming, Americana feel. I ordered a light brew with a touch of butterscotch. It was smooth, velvety, and perfectly balanced—flavorful without being overpowering. A great blend. At 5:55 PM and 90° outside, this place was a soothing, air-conditioned haven. Service was friendly, fast, and genuine. Glad I stopped in. If they’re still around the next time I’m in Florida, I’ll definitely be back!
